THE STORY
I started with the jewellry in 2016, after a long journey through the fashion world working as a stylist, in communication agencies and production teams. After years in big companies, I realised I had lost touch with what I loved most: creating with my hands.
I studied Fashion Design and completed a postgraduate degree in Styling at IED (Instituto Europeo de Diseño).
I left Madrid and I travelled alone to India with no plan. I wandered through Goa, Varanasi, and the Himalayas, where I met a local artisan and spent my afternoons learning from him. Something about that simplicity and dedication deeply moved me.
Back then, I had already been experimenting with jewellery in Madrid, but in India something clicked. I decided to study properly. Without returning to Spain, I moved to Mumbai and joined a jewellery design course at IGI (International Gemological Institute). Later, I went back to India again to study full time: design, manufacturing at IIGJ (Indian Institute of Gems & Jewellry).
After finishing my studies, I moved to Jaipur for an internship in a jewellery factory. But what really changed everything was meeting a local artisan through a friend. I bought my own tools and started working in his tiny workshop in the Old City, melting, moulding, carving. It was raw, traditional, street-level craftsmanship. That’s where my brand was truly born.
During the pandemic I returned to Madrid and studied a pottery Degree at Escuela de Cerámica Francisco Alcantara. The connection between clay and wax became part of my process, both are materials that respond to emotion and touch. My creative process is intimate and intuitive, from the inside out. I sculpt textures and forms that hold stories, symbols, and protection.
I live and work in India because it’s where I find real craftsmanship. Every person who collaborates with me, from the one who drills a hole in a stone to the one who threads a chain carries generations of knowledge. Rajasthan, its tribal women and traditional jewellery, are my main source of inspiration.
